Troubleshooting FAQ
Check your internet speed (minimum 25 Mbps for HD). Try restarting your router, clearing app cache, or switching to a different server in settings. Using a wired connection instead of WiFi often improves stability.
Double-check your username and password (they are case-sensitive). Ensure you're using the correct server URL. If issues persist, contact our 24/7 support team for assistance.
Some channels use different audio codecs. In your IPTV app settings, try changing the audio decoder to "Software" or switch between audio tracks if available.
EPG data updates periodically. Go to app settings, find EPG/Guide options, and manually refresh or update the EPG URL. Allow up to 24 hours for full guide data to load.
