Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Request the refund within 7 days of your initial purchase
- Be a first-time subscriber (one refund per customer)
- Provide the email address associated with your account
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your account email and reason for the refund
- We'll process your request within 24-48 hours
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow:
- PayPal: 1-2 business days
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- Cryptocurrency: Refunded as store credit
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 7-day window
- Account terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Previous refund already granted to the customer
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless specified)
